1. Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas

  • We offer cash on delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • We also ship worldwide; shipping costs and options are calculated at checkout based on your country and the weight of your order.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Pakistan: Estimated delivery within 2–7 working days, depending on your city and courier service.

  • International: Estimated delivery within 7–21 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance. These are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary by location and package weight.

  • Free shipping (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned on the product or at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking ID and courier details via email or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier’s website using this tracking number.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition.

    • In original packaging (including pouches, tags, and boxes where applicable).

    • Returned within 7–14 days of delivery (choose your preferred window).

Non‑Refundable Items

  • Earrings are generally non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable for hygiene reasons, unless they are damaged or incorrectly shipped.

  • Final‑sale items or items marked “non‑returnable” cannot be refunded unless defective or wrongly shipped.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within the return window via WhatsApp or email with:

    • Your order number.

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

  2. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions (if applicable) or arrange a pickup.

  3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed and may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • After review, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly, in which case we will cover the cost.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us as soon as possible.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process instead.
